***HER PAIN & DISCOMFORT HAVE GREATLY DIMINISHED AND WE ARE TENTATIVELY GOING HOME MONDAY OR TUESDAY!***
Ava has really been doing well the last couple of days. The hospital staff have only been giving her tylenol and motrin for pain and she's been doing really well. With this surgery, the last step before going home is being able to tolerate being fed. She has proven so far good in this also! At home she is fed 45ml/hr (which is 1.5oz) and today they has her at 18ml/hr. So they will continue to increase her feeds over the weekend and watch her but Dr. King is happy with her progress. Praises!
